Vrikshamla, also known as Malabar Tamarind or Kudampuli (Garcinia indica), is a staple in Kerala Ayurveda for weight management and digestive support. Different from Garcinia cambogia, it contains garcinol and hydroxycitric acid in a unique ratio that reduces fat synthesis while also exhibiting significant anti-inflammatory activity.
Traditionally used in Kerala cooking to reduce the heaviness of meals, it is now recognised as a key ingredient in modern herbal weight management. Our formulation also includes Punarnava and Trikatu (Ginger, Pippali, Black Pepper) for synergistic metabolic support.
Take 2 capsules twice daily before meals with warm water.
