Triphala — a combination of Amalaki (Amla), Bibhitaki, and Haritaki — is one of Ayurveda's most celebrated formulas. Used for over 2,000 years, it gently cleanses the digestive tract, improves nutrient absorption, reduces belly fat, and regulates bowel movements without causing dependence.
