About this product
Shilajit is an extraordinary natural substance formed over centuries from the compression of plant matter in Himalayan rocks. It oozes from rocks at altitudes above 3,000 metres during summer and contains over 85 minerals in ionic form, fulvic acid, humic acid, and dibenzo-alpha-pyrones — a compound unique to Shilajit.
Our Shilajit is collected sustainably from Himalayan altitudes above 4,500 metres and purified using traditional water purification (shodhana) to remove heavy metals while preserving all active compounds. Third-party laboratory tested for safety and potency — certified to contain minimum 60% fulvic acid.
Dissolve a pea-sized portion (approximately 300–500 mg) in warm water, milk, or herbal tea. Take once daily in the morning. Do not dissolve in very hot liquids.
